Question: Why can I not find prices for your products ?
Answer: Some of the the things we sell, for example polo shirts with embroidery are complex to work out the price. It is often cheaper per polo when buying 50 than buying 20. Also your embroidered logos may be less expensive if it is only 3000 stitches instead of 12000 stitches. If you would like to make a decision instantly regarding your purchase, please ring us. Most of our orders are telephone orders, we accept all major credit cards, and find that with telephone orders we can discuss your requirements and help you choose a product that meet your needs.

Question: I cannot find the product I want on your web site, can you help?
Answer: Yes, we can source items for you from all the suppliers listed. All our suppliers generally only deal through Distributors such as ourselves. Telephone us on (03) 9792 1380 and tell us what you are trying to find, we have an experienced team that will always try to help.

Question: Can I find a local supplier?
Answer: We are situated in Dandenong in Metropolitan Melbourne. We operate from one location and distribute to all of Australia. Using a combination of Courier services and Australia Post interstate customers are happy with our service and supply times. We understand that there is no substitute to trying something on, which is why we have a refund policy for goods that are returned promptly in original condition.

Question: Can you send me a sample?
Answer: We operate a simple policy for supply of samples. All goods that are distributed from B-Protected have a paper trail. They are either invoiced or paid for. If they are not suitable, all we ask is that you send them back to us promptly and in original condition so that we can credit your Nett 30 days Trade Account or give you a full refund (if paid for).
