Safety vests are now available in many styles with zips on the front, pockets and ID pockets and also are made from different materials including Polyester and All Cotton.
The standard colours for vests are Yellow (aka Lime) and Orange, Australian Standards AS/NZS4602.1:2011 for hi vis safety vests at the moment only include Yellow, Orange and a bright Red (often with a orange tint).
Other colours of vests are available, for example bottle green vests, pink vests, blue vests, purple vests.. and are fine for identification purposes but they do not meet AS/NZS4602.1:2011 for day use and would not be recommended in areas where for example Forklift Trucks may be operating. These colours however are sometimes used with reflective tape and in these instances the safety vests may meet AS/NZS4602.1:2011 for night use only.Embroidery
Embroidery is a great method to produce a safety vest with company logo. The most common use use is adding your company name to the left hand side front of a safety vest. B-Protected have the capacity to manage jobs from 1 to many thousands of units. We frequently manage jobs with a variety of products including Workwear, Hi Vis Clothing, Promotional Wear, Business Shirts, Caps, Jackets, & Bags.Screenprinting
We usually recommend screenprinting when you would like your logo as large as possible on the back of a garment. Since a lot of time is required to set up this process, it is usually only cost effective when having more than 20 garments screen printed. Embroidery would be recommended for smaller jobs.
